St Andrew Society of São Paulo AGM 2024

It is with great pleasure that we invite all active members to join our Annual General Meeting, scheduled for March 28, 2024. The event will take place at Adega Santiago at the following address: R. Sampaio Vidal, 1072 - Jardim Paulistano, São Paulo - from 6:30 PM. Should the minimum quorum of one-third of active members not be met at 6:3 the meeting start prompltly  at 7:00 PM, with the presence of any number of members, in person.

The agenda for this gathering includes:

1. Reading and approval of the President's Report for the fiscal year 2023;

2. Approval of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, to be presented by the Finance Director;

3. Election of the new board of directors;

4. Determination of the membership fee;
